Mr. SP Reddy- Founder and Chairman of Terminus Group has deep passion for Life Sciences and has explored ventures into this sector with TRX Life Sciences Ventures LLP. He also serves as the Board of Director in many organizations like Sarvejana Healthcare Pvt Ltd (Sunshine hospital), Crimson Education Management Services, Abjayon Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. and Bollant Industries Pvt. Ltd.

Touchstone Group

Established in 2005, Touchstone Property Developers Pvt. Ltd. has been associated with Industrial Park Development and management for over a decade, both in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Touchstone has partnered with a US based REIT to establish and manage projects in Genome Valley.

A fully owned entity by Mr Dora Swamy, a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in founding and leading diverse businesses, Touchstone Properties ventured into development of Touchstone Square in 2018 and post-acquisition of land, started Phase 1 construction in 2019. With a planned project spread across 8 acres and future development around this region, Touchstone is desirous of facilitating one of the largest Life Sciences Parks in Genome Valley.
